1. HOW TO INVEST WITH US/ CONDITIONS

1a. Deposits can be accepted via online e-payment system Liberty Reserve
and other Please see the FAQs for more about what e-currencies we accept (it provides exchange of all existent e-money including Alert Pay, Strict Pay and so on).

1b. Deposits are accepted for the term stated in our various plans. Each new deposit is accepted for its own term. The basic contribution is returned to investor on the expiration of given period.

1c. Minimum deposit amounts $15 USD. Any deposits less than that wont be entered in
an account of the investor and will be granted to the investment fund FXTRADE

1d. Total balance consists of the sum of all active deposits (the term of duration days of
these deposits is not over yet).

1e. Profit is added to your total balance every day and 7 days a week. Daily profit amounts % from the deposit sum.

1f. The Investor is notable to withdraw the deposit at any time before the deadline (before the expiration of duration days based on the term plan).

1g. When the balance amounts to profit % USD is reached investor can make a cash out request all referral payments earned will be added to the balance of investor.

2. LEGAL NOTICE

2a. The Investor making a deposit fully accepts all conditions of this agreement.

2b. The Company FXTRADE FUND assumes a liability of keeping and increase of investors
money.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3a. The Company FXTRADE FUND recognizes the investors right to confidentiality and privacy.

3b. The Company FXTRADE FUND undertakes not to reveal investors contact or identifying
information or transaction history to any third party except cases when the
information is requested by competent authorities (e.g. officer of justice).

3c. The Investor undertakes to specify truth data about itself in order to give an
opportunity to the company to contact him in a special emergency.

3d. The Investor undertakes to keep the password from the investment fund FXTRADE a
secret and in no case not to reveal it to third parties. The investor is fully
responsible for safe keeping of the means on his account. The investor bears sole
responsibility for loss of means in case of breaking his account.
